The room was very clean, with A/C, and to my surprise a small kitchen area which really came in handy as I needed to keep some food frozen. Also, the wifi was extremely fast and accessible over the whole property. There is a really nice view of Collins Bay Marina. Everything you need is within walking distance if not right across the road (Tim Hortons, Gas station, Laundromat, Bistro). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
