All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee them. Credit cards that cannot obtain a proper authorization code will result in cancellation of the reservation.

• A minimum security deposit of $200 CAD will be pre-authorized on a credit card at check-in. The pre-authorization hold will be released at check-out, however, please be advised that it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to be cleared by the credit card financial institution. In the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to all repair and replacements costs. Should the costs exceed the $200 deposit, the full cost will be applied to the pre-authorized credit card. Visa Debit cards are not accepted.
• Advance purchase rates are non-refundable, full advance credit card payment is required for Advance Purchase Rate at the time of booking, no changes or cancellations allowed. Applicable taxes not included.
• All rates are based on CDN dollar currency and exclude any applicable taxes.
• The following taxes apply towards all bookings:
  •  Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at 13%
  • Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) at 4%
  • 13% HST – MAT Tax – at 0.52%
• All reservations are subject to limited availability. Price based on per night and double occupancy basis. Applicable taxes not included.
• Please note that only select rooms are designated as pet-friendly so you must inform us at the time of booking so we can make arrangements for your request accordingly. For pet-friendly designated rooms, see Pet Policy. Dogs are the only pet types allowed

• Any cancellations or changes to the reservations may be made (48) hours prior to arrival date with no charges to your credit card by either using the same method of booking used online or by calling the hotel Guest Services at (866) 634-9900.
• For cancellations that happen within (48) hours prior to the arrival date, a penalty of (1) night room plus taxes will be charged to your credit card on file.

Change in the length or dates of the reservation may result in a rate change. Group reservations are subject to group cancellation guidelines. Cancellation policies may vary. Final cancellation terms will be verified at the time of booking.

All room rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $10 per person 19+ years of age occupying a room will be applied at time of check-in. Maximum sleeping capacity in a room varies from 2 to 6 persons, depending on the suite type booked.

See available amenities on your selected suite type to confirm maximum sleeping capacity. Persons 18 years of age or under must be accompanied by the registered adult at check-in to occupy a suite.

The Lobby reception is open daily for arrivals from 3:00 pm (15:00) to 11:00 pm (23:00). For early arrivals and/or late arrivals, please contact Guest Services at 1(866) 634-9900 to make arrangements accordingly. Guest Services is accessible by phone 24 hours from inside and outside.

• Past 11 am (11:00): Extend up to 1pm (13:00) departure as a courtesy based on availability only
• Past 1 pm (13:00): 50% room charge of the reservation rate up to a 4pm (16:00) departure
• Past 4 pm (16:00): Full reservation value charged to credit card on file up to a 11am (11:00) departure the following morning
